Season structure, prize grids, and seasonal jackpot
What is a season?
A season is a fixed time window (e.g. 12 weeks) during which the platform runs themed battles, tracks season XP, and at the end distributes seasonal rewards (prize grids, jackpot draws, or other allocations) based on season leaderboard rank.
Why seasons?
- Fresh start - Each season resets or focuses the competition so new and returning players have a clear goal.
- Structured rewards - End-of-season prize grids and jackpots give everyone a target: "climb the season leaderboard by the end date."
- No-loss and passes - Seasons can gate no-loss passes (e.g. limited number of passes per season) and deposit tiers (Bronze / Silver / Gold) so that early and loyal players are rewarded.
Season structure (example)
- Length - e.g. 12 weeks.
- No-loss passes - Limited number of wallets eligible (e.g. 5,000). Min deposit (e.g. $125) for 1 entry; up to 3 entries per wallet (e.g. $375 cap). Pass = access to no-loss battles for the season; principal protected per terms.
- Entries - Same XP and leaderboard rules as paid battles; no-loss is an entry method, not a different game.
- Prize grid - At season end, rank on the season leaderboard maps to a slot on the grid (e.g. rank 1 → top prize, ranks 2–5 → next tier, etc.). Prizes can be mixed: cash, crypto, vouchers, gadgets.
Seasonal jackpot
- Jackpot - A pool that can be drawn at season end (or on another schedule). Tickets may be earned by playing battles (e.g. 1 XP = 1 ticket) and/or by deposit tier (e.g. daily ticket grants).
- Draw - At the end of the season, a winner (or winners) is drawn from ticket holders; they win the jackpot or a share of it.
Seasons give a clear "when" and "what" for these rewards so players know what they're playing for.
Your season stats
During a season we may track:
- Season XP - XP earned in battles that count toward the current season.
- Season rank - Your position on the season leaderboard (updated as you play).
- Badges - e.g. founder, OG, top 100, veteran, depending on participation and rank.
At season end, final season rank is used to assign prize grid slots and/or jackpot eligibility. Check the season page and battle rules for exact details each season.
